Coaching

Online modules and live coaching to help improve overall mental health and wellbeing.

More options to better support you though various life challenges. All members have access to 3 coaching sessions, and these are in addition to 3 short-term counseling sessions per issue provided through this program.

Anytime. Anywhere access. Using your assigned access code, you can access coaching from your computer or mobile phone. When you access services for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your email and your preferred password. You will be asked to complete the Wellbeing Check (11-questions), and you will then receive your stress and wellbeing scores with recommendations to help you in areas identified in your assessment.

How to Get Started

  • You can access coaching online from your computer or from your mobile phone via a Google Play or Apple app.
  • Go to  app.uprisehealth.com or download the Uprise Health app on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Create an account with your email, personal password, and your assigned access code worklife.
  • Complete the assessment and check your wellbeing score.
  • Receive your own personalized recommendations.
  • Get started on your mental health and skill building with videos, audio and interactive exercises based on your personal preferences.
  • Up to 3 sessions with a coach via phone, video or chat. Sessions are 30-minutes and you can choose a coach based on your preferences.
  • All information is confidential and will never be shared with your employer.

Focus, Productivity & Procrastination: Developing a focus mindset, prioritization, multitasking and self-discipline, will power and life balance, and the Maker/Manager model

Manager Training: Starting conversations, reflective listening, and dealing with troubled employees

Mindfulness: Understanding mental threats and bringing awareness to the present

Mindset: Cognitive restructuring, finding core beliefs, dealing with stress and guilt

Pain and Fatigue: Techniques for pain/fatigue management, and dealing with worries that hold back recovery

Coaching vs. Counseling

Coaching sessions are 30-minutes via phone or video with a licensed coach. Focus is on developing skills to learn how to cope, feel better and manage stress. Sessions can also be focused on a specific topic such as sleep, productivity, addiction, pain, or mindfulness. You can choose and schedule your coach based on your preferences.

Counseling sessions are via phone, video or in-person with a masters-level or PhD clinician. Sessions are focused on higher level mental health needs such as anxiety, grief, or stress. Our care team will provide a list of providers based on your needs and preferences. You can schedule an appointment for yourself based on your needs and availability.
