If you do not remember the Access Code provided to you by your employer, you should be able to locate it on EAP communications (member flyers, newsletters, etc.) that have been provided to you. If you have older versions of communications, you may see references for “Employer Code”, “Company Code” and/or “Password”. You can use any of these to login to the website.
