As we move into another year of the pandemic many of us may have feelings of stress or anxiety when faced with challenges at work or at home. By practicing skills for a healthy mindset, you can learn how to embrace those challenges, learn from others’ feedback, and be inspired by others.

In this informative, coach-guided session, you will learn how to access your mental health program and get a deep-dive into the Mindset skill building module. Attendees will learn how to move beyond negative thinking patterns of worry, rumination, and fixation, and focus on practicing a healthy mindset.
